Centenary Way Warwickshire

A long distance walk of 100 miles to celebrate 100 years of Warwickshire County Council. The walk runs from Kingsbury Water Park in the north to Upper Quinton in the south. Maps, statistics and gpx route file for the walk are included.

Summary: The Warwickshire Centenary Way was devised to celebrate one hundred years of Warwickshire County Council. From its beginning in Kingsbury Water Park it heads on a meandering course, inintially south and on its way it passes the Tame Valley, Atherstone Ridge, the George Eliot country around Nuneaton, before passing to the east of Coventry to Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington Spa. From here it heads to the Burton Dassett Hills, Edge Hill, Shipston-on-Stour and the Ilmington Downs. It ends in Upper Quinton at an intersection point with the Heart of England Way.
