Summary: The Glaze Brook, or River Glaze, is a minor river in Greater Manchester, England. It forms part of the county boundary of Greater Manchester and Cheshire. The tributaries of Glaze Brook include the Astley, Bedford, Hey, Pennington, Shaw and Westleigh Brooks, each of which are visited during the walk which is done by following Glaze Brook from Pennington Flash Country Park downstream via Aspull Common, Bedford Bridge, Bedford Moss, Holcroft Hall, Great Woolden Moss, Glazebrook and Caddeshead to the finish where Glaze Brook flows into the Manchester Ship Canal.
