Summary: The Mole Gap Trail is more of a short stroll than a long distance walk. The trail follows the River Mole as it weaves its way through one of the few gaps in the North Downs escarpment. The route takes in suburbia, vineyards, downland, parkland, nature reserves and water meadows. Places on the route include Leatherhead Railway Station, Fetcham Grove, Thorncroft, Icehouse Combe, Westhumble and Dorking.
