Summary: The Roach Valley Way is a circular route around south-east Essex which takes in a variety of landscapes including the ancient woodlands of Hockley and the coastal margins of the Roach and Crouch estuaries. Places visited on the walk which starts and ends in Rochford include Hockley, Ashingdon, Canewdon and Paglesham Churchend.
