From the beginning of the walk at Stourport on Severn the walk features Kidderminster, including Foley Park, Wolverley, Cookley, Caunsall, Dunsley and Kinver, Stourton, Greensforge, Hinksford, Swindon, Wombourne, Ounsdale, Wolverhampton, Cross Green, Four Ashes, Penkridge, Acton Trussell, Stafford and Milford before reaching its end where it meets the River Trent at Great Haywood.
