Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal Walk

A long distance path of 46 miles to the west of the City of Birmingham, this is a towpath walk linking the Severn Way in the south to the Trent and Mersey Canal Walk to the east of Stafford. Maps, statistics and gpx route file for the walk are included.

Summary: From the beginning of the walk at Stourport on Severn the walk features Kidderminster, including Foley Park, Wolverley, Cookley, Caunsall, Dunsley and Kinver, Stourton, Greensforge, Hinksford, Swindon, Wombourne, Ounsdale, Wolverhampton, Cross Green, Four Ashes, Penkridge, Acton Trussell, Stafford and Milford before reaching its end where it meets the River Trent at Great Haywood.
