Summary: The West Mendip Way is a 30 mile route running across the southern edge of the Mendip escarpment from Wells, Somerset to the sea at Uphill. From the beginning of the way at Wells Cathedral the route visits Arthurs Point, Wookey Hole, bbor Gorge National Nature Reserve, Priddy, Draycott, Cheddar, Bubwith Acres Nature Reserve, Black Rock, GB Gruffy Nature Reserve, Shipham, Wavering Down, Crook Peak, Loxton, Bleadon Hill and Purn Hill before reaching its end in Uphill.
